Floorplan - downstairs

The cottage has an open plan layout. Downstairs is a large, open room with beamed ceiling. To the right as you enter are the storage cupboard, where you will find light bulbs, cleaning equipment, iron and ironing board, and, in the winter, firewood. There is space in here for a couple of bikes.

The bathroom has a sink, a full sized bath and a sit-up bath which has a shower.

There are comfortable chairs in the seating area by the fire, and the hi-fi is on the table in the corner.

The kitchen area is has plenty of worksurfaces and is fully equipped.

The cottage has only recently been redecorated and equipped. All the appliances and much of the furniture are virtually brand new, and of high quality.

Floorplan - upstairs

Upstairs is a light and airy room, with more floorspace than downstairs. It has two Velux windows in the ceiling, a small window and a larger window.

At the top of the stairs are a comfortable sofa and chair.

The mezzanine is at about 7ft from floor level and is approximately 9ft square. It is reached by a flight of steps. It has two single folding beds.

There is a king size double bed by the large window, and a screen separates this from the seating area. Below the mezzanine is a double bed.

All beds have a bedside table and table lamp.
